Return Policy

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be reported within 14 days after the product is received.

Claims for packages lost in transit must be reported no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed with you.

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

You would need to place a new order at your expense for size changes.
